Cienfuegos





Cienfuegos, Cuban called "the pearl of the south" - is a beautiful
seaside town. Since it was founded by French immigrants in 1819, this
city, while bearing the name of Fernandina de Jagua, distinguished by
their flat, intersecting at right angles streets, good taste and
refinement.







Influence of French families, which is credited with the founding of
the city, there is a direct, strict plan drawn over the streets, going
from north to south and from east to west, which intersect at right
angles, forming squares with the concept of neo-classicism. This also
explains the elegant appearance of its stately buildings of geometric
forms and the overall architectural harmony of the so-called South pearls.






The main city of the province of the same name, the least populated in
